She was very considerate and consistent with getting us in the right direction with our previous vehicle and newly purchased vehicle. And also explained us about our current renter insurance vs statefarm the assurance was all there . She check up on me regarding insurance daily even though I gave her a tough time but at the end she came through and now we’re part of Statefarm !!!
